Blake Island is perhaps best known as the site of the ever-popular tourist attraction Tillicum Village, but the 475-acre island is also a state park and campground. Located in the middle of the Puget Sound, north of Vashon, Blake Island is only accessible via private boat or tour boat – there is no ferry service to the island.
Tillicum Village is located at the northeast end of the island, and offers Indian-style salmon dinners and demonstrations of Northwest Indian dancing. Tickets to Tillicum Village and transportation to the island are offered by Argosy Cruises.
