Paramount Theatre

During the era of the silent film, the Paramount Picture Studio built large theaters in most major cities across the country in order to ensure broad distribution of their films. The Paramount Theatre in Seattle, which opened its doors in 1928, began its life as one of those great silent movie palaces. It is now one of the city’s premier live venues for music and so much more.
